My Story
Hi, I’m Firdous. I got into the moving industry at 21 and learned fast. Over the next five years I moved up from mover to driver, team leader, and into management. My biggest goal from the start was to build my own moving business—one built on real values, not shortcuts—and you’re seeing the beginning of that here.
What set me apart in the industry was simple: I cared about the people doing the work. I saw how underpaid movers were, how hard they worked, and how much more they could deliver with respect and real wages. That’s when I decided to build something different.
I believe the world needs leaders who genuinely care about their people. I’m committed to being that change in my community. Mardonov Moving exists because when people rise together, nothing can stop us.
